Really impressed by the service. I just wanted some cheap reading glass but last time the ones I got from specsaver were terrible quality and broke after a few months. They were also constantly greasy and reflective. Could never seem to get them clean enough.

I was a little hesitant buying online as I was ordering varifocals and they were so much cheaper, frames and lenses, than where I ‘should have gone’, but I needn’t have worried. The frame quality is great, and being used to varifocals, the lenses were as good as anything I’ve had before. Communication was excellent. I was sent sent a quick query as I’d ordered varifocals, including asking for pupillary distance, the same day, with instructions for measuring it. After I sent my reply I was thanked and updated the following day, and received my two pairs a week later! Perfect. Great service!
