   This is my 4th pair of variofocal glasses & sunglasses & I have been delighted with them all. The service & quality has been excellent. Through no fault of Low Cost Glasses my latest glasses were damaged & they were completely replaced free of charge, with continual updates on their progress.

   I like the frames as they are well built and cheap. They feel slightly flimsy (why one less star) but expected from the cheap price. I bought them for a holiday in a sunny place and they really helped my eyes feel comfortable in the sun.

   I had to put my glasses back for a repair, from the phone call to them to my glasses coming back fixed. It was a fantastic service I was informed from start to finish exactly what was happening.

   Fabulous service Glasses are great and really do the job. Had an accident and broke the frame, glasses direct stepped in and completely sorted out the problem with a new replacement frame free of charge. Superb service
