   My request (for a set of frames alone) was not really dealt with anywhere on the website. However your operative was top notch and took me through the whole procedure step by step. He was succinct and patient. 5 days later I had the frames.

   Nightmare understanding their offers which are necessary to receive value. Other than that, happy with the service though just received ‘computer’ glasses which were too similar to readers so had to return – hopefully they’ll sort it, or tell me to sit closer to the computer
